METHOD OF PAYMENT

The price of the plot is ...........................

1. Reservation: 10% of the price of the land
2. 1^er payment 90% of the price plot of the land.

The total price of the construction may be paid in six payments:

1. Deposit:5% of the house when the signature of the contract
2. 1^er payment:20% at the time of comletion of fundations
3. 2^do payment: 20% when the structural pillars and ealing
4. 3^do payment: 20% when the roof be finished
5. 4^do payment: 30% at the end of the build
6. 5^do payment: 5% when the promoter have title deed

Payments are shown below and any variation from these payments shall be mutual agreement.
